 Due to the nature of digital content, all ebook, audiobook, and bonus content purchases are non-refundable once delivered, unless there is a technical issue that prevents access and we are unable to resolve it.

2. Physical Goods
 Refunds or replacements for physical items (such as signed books or merchandise) may be available if the item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item with photographic proof.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout, so double-check your info!
